SAP PP & QM Consultant

Job Description :

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• U.S. Citizens and those citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• This position may require travel to project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 11 years of SAP experience in solutions delivery with SAP PP and QM
• At least 3 full life cycle implementation experience as SAP PP/QM consultant
• Proven experience in PP module, Supply Chain Management Processes Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers Management, Batch Management
• Experience in Planning scenarios of PP Module (MRP, LTP, Planning strategies, Capacity Planning, etc)
• Good understanding and experience in Master Production scheduling, Discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes, Order processing for Process Industries, KANBAN processing, ETO (Engineer To Order Processing), etc.
• Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for SAP QM and Plan to Manufacture
• Build Assets, Pre-Configured Solutions and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve
• Participate in Assessment, Scoping and Estimation activities for RFQs.
• Participate in suggesting or leading Process Improvement for the Practice.
• Functional proficiency in various kind of projects like Greenfield Implementations or Rollouts or Upgradation specific to SAP Production Planning i.e. SAP ECC or S4 HANA.
• Experience in Production Support and developments raised by change request.
• Certification in SAP QM and SAP S4HANA Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
