Responsibilities:
- Implement and support IBP modules, addressing customer requirements.
- Create and customize solutions to demonstrate to clients, ensuring revenue generation.
- Handle support tickets promptly using platforms like SNOW.
- Perform system administration tasks, including creating and updating master data, supply network, and planning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system maintenance, upgrades, and validation of IBP versions.
- Configure and maintain IBP modules, ensuring smooth operations of Demand, SOP, Response & Supply, and Inventory.
- Manage user roles, conduct training sessions, and ensure effective utilization of IBP functionalities.
- Lead an operations team, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
- Analyze, update, and maintain daily trackers, ensuring team efficiency and adherence to SLAs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and actively participate in certification programs.
