Job Description :
- 5 plus years of experience in performance testing leading performance testing initiatives
- Mandatory experience in NeoLoad is required (3 years minimum)
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks is mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in AWS/Azure/GCP/CloudFoundry
- Ability to use and customize monitoring tools CA APM, New Relic, Appdynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk
- Experience in ALM/SQL/SDM.
- Experience in Performance Center.
- Experience in web technologies – HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#.
- Experience in scripting languages – BASH / PERL / PYTHON / RUBY
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- A very good team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- ISTQB Certification in Certified Tester or Agile Tester preferred.
