Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities::

• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to translate product concepts into manufacturable designs, considering factors such as functionality, cost, and manufacturability.
• Conduct design reviews and feasibility studies to evaluate product concepts and propose design modifications or enhancements.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications for product components and assemblies.
• Work closely with manufacturing engineers to optimize production processes and implement design changes for improved efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate prototype development and testing activities, analyze test data, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in product lifecycle management activities, including documentation control, versioning, and change management.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to product design and engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• years of experience in product engineering, product development, or related roles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools.
